4. Request an interview — When you see a candidate you like, click "Request Interview" and accept our terms of business. The full candidate profile is then unlocked.
5. Interview and hire — Schedule interviews, track outcomes, and make offers — all through the platform.
6. We handle the rest — For temp placements, we manage payroll, invoicing, and compliance. For permanent placements, we handle the introductory fee.
